CraneVeyor manufactures a complete range of Top Riding Double Girder cranes with structural beam or plate box girders. The cranes are available from 1 ton short span work area type, to 100 tons capacity long span box girder type. We manufacture many of our end trucks and have CNC and other machine tools to turn wheels and mill assemblies, and efficient jigs to align the assemblies or incorporate CraneMart end trucks in the assembly. Available from 1 to 15 ton capacity and to 60' span in hand geared and motorized versions. This Series of Top Riding Double Girder cranes meets the duty requirements of CMAA Class A thru C moderate service, with rectangular tube end trucks and double flanged wheels that are manufactured from C-1045 steel and hardened to 400-450 BHN for durability.
Available from 2 to 100 tons capacity and to 110' span this series of Double Girder motorized cranes can be provided to meet the duty requirements of CMAA Class A thru D heavy service. End truck frames are rectangular tube sections machined for the wheel axle and bearing assemblies. Wheels are C-1045 steel. Driven wheels are rotating axle type, with totally enclosed gearing.
